everyone!
recently have you been exercising?   

If human exercise
we will be able to do somethin 

Everyday walk for 10 mins
Every week 3 times
It seems like it is very good
About 10 mins
Should still be relaxing!  

Recently,
I go to the gym when I have time

After exercising
feel like really energetic (laugh)   

Sweating after exercising
will have (your) troubles thrown to the back of your head。
really feels refreshing
